What Is The Furthest You Can Go When Writing A Teenage Love Scene Without Being Inappropriate?

I’m currently writing a book and I’m VERY concerned about writing this particular scene. I really need this particular scene to show the development of two of the characters relationships. Does anyone know the appropriate limitations?

It depends on the age of the characters. Are we talking 13, or 19?
Generally speaking, 13-14, holding hands and kissing on the cheek. 15 no further than French kissing. 16-18 you can include groping and mild sexual contact (such as putting hands on a bear breast) as well as peer pressure to have sex. 18-19, anything goes.
Legally, you can’t incite or condone sex under the age of 18.
